Jonathan advises on all aspects of employment law, day-to-day HR matters, drafts contract and policy documentation for all kinds of staff across a wide range of industry sectors, works to achieve the early resolution of employment disputes and advises on the employment aspects of commercial transactions and corporate restructurings.
