Aja oversees the management of client and office accounts in full compliance with SRA Accounts Rules. They supervise daily financial operations, including receipts, payments, and transfers, while ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations across all accounts. Aja supports and prepares for both internal and external audits and acts as a key point of contact for consultants and partners on financial matters. They also oversee billing processes, assist with financial reporting, and identify opportunities to improve financial systems and processes. In addition, Aja monitors and resolves discrepancies to maintain accurate and reliable financial records.
