James is a dual-qualified Litigation Solicitor with experience in personal injury, landlord and tenant disputes, consumer rights and contractual disputes.
He has previously been Head of a team of lawyers with a focus on business development to help build a legal department with great success. James qualified in England & Wales in 2008 and then in Republic of Ireland in 2018.

James qualified with a medium size litigation practice in Manchester. He moved on to a high street firm to help build their personal injury department whilst mentoring more junior members of staff.
James then moved to a specialist personal injury law firm in Manchester as a Senior Associate with exposure to high value claims and business development opportunities.

James has helped seriously injured claimants achieve life-changing compensation since 2008. He was instrumental in building a high street practice’s litigation department whilst mentoring junior members of staff. James helped to forge lasting business relationships with NHS Trusts and GP surgeries.
In addition, he dealt with many defective hip claims whilst assisting the Firm with preparations for the Public Inquiry for the Infected Blood Scandal.
