Prior to becoming a consultant solicitor, Mark held the position of a Commercial Litigation Partner and was the Head of the Property Litigation Department at a national law firm with branches in London, Milton Keynes, and Gatwick.
Mark’s litigation practice is diverse, encompassing contract disputes, partnership and joint venture disagreements, and contested wills, trust, and probate issues. His vast experience ensures there are few areas of commercial litigation he hasn’t encountered or is incapable of handling.
Having headed the property litigation department, Mark has specialised knowledge in all aspects of property disputes, ranging from construction, party wall, and rights of light issues to occupational disputes like landlord and tenant disagreements, as well as breaches of contract and negligence claims.
