Carol has extensive experience of alternative investment schemes working in private practice and in-house. Carol has also worked on the business side leading teams that provide administration to alternative investment funds. More recently, Carol has worked for entrepreneurs and SMEs setting up joint ventures and collaboration arrangements and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements.
